Ship consumer crypto products with Claude Code
Eleven products you ship for real on the stack consumer crypto actually runs on (wallets, payments, onramps, databases, mobile and token launches), taught from the repos they came from, with a Claude Code plugin that coaches you through every build.
Waitlist opens 16 November. Course opens early December. Start any day after that.
Eleven modules, eleven things you ship.
Every module is taught from a product Winny built and launched, published as a clean public starter. You fork the starter, build with the plugin at your side, and end the module with something live.
Module 00
Working with Claude Code and integrator skills
A repository with your integrators' skills installed, a CLAUDE.md a fresh session can work from, and a brief for the idea you will carry through the course.
Module 01
Launch a token from a chat command
A Telegram bot that launches a token on Base from one command, routes a share of fees to a buyback, and unlocks a gated thing of your choosing when buyers push it past a threshold.
Module 02
Build your own fundraising platform with crypto and Stripe
A multi-campaign sponsorship board for a niche you know, taking card and USDC payments into one ledger with a hold before every checkout and a webhook that cannot lose a sale.
Module 03
Launch Lab: a launcher humans and agents can use
A launcher where one scarce input is the whole product, with Privy sign-in for people, a SKILL.md an agent can follow end to end, every launch verified from its transaction hash, and sponsored gas.
Module 04
Build a gacha machine
Ship a USDC gacha for physical goods on Solana: published odds, a thin vault program on devnet, a gasless relayer, server-side rolls, a buyback that can only pay once, and a back of house that prints the labels.
Episode 4: Build a USDC gacha machine on Solana
Module 05
Write your own contracts, and when to build on Doppler instead
A two-option parimutuel market on devnet that real wallets can bet on, resolve and claim from, plus one exploit test that attacks your own program and proves it holds.
Module 06
Agents that move money: build, prove, port
A lending agent run through its full lifecycle on a testnet with a transaction for every step, then ported to a chain the starter does not ship, with the decision file byte-identical before and after.
Module 07
Ship a Seeker-native app
A signed APK with Privy and Seeker login, one real onchain action on devnet, a Genesis Token reward paid once per token, and a listing submitted to the Solana dApp Store.
Module 08
Build a custom game on a protocol primitive (advanced)
A head-to-head market of your own on a local fork, keeping the migrator, the clone-per-round pattern, the clock hook and the indexer, and changing the question the oracle answers.
Module 09
Design and distribution
A design spec Claude Code follows verbatim, a landing page that is the product with demo data in it, share surfaces rendered from live numbers, and a launch thread drafted from real data.
Module 10
Hackathons and the capstone
A submission kit judges can open, verify and believe, and your capstone product live with a real transaction behind it.
How a module works.
1
Watch the episode
Each module opens with one episode, built from the real repo and the real decisions, including the bugs and the bills.
2
Build from the starter with the plugin
Fork the module's public starter, install the Consumer Layer plugin, and let its coaching skill walk you through every milestone with a definition of done and the known gotchas.
3
Ship the capstone
Rebrand the starter into your own product, make one onchain action real, and hand in something with a transaction hash behind it.
The stack the course runs on.
Every product in the course is built on the integrators consumer crypto actually runs on. Where an integrator publishes Claude Code skills, you install them first.

Hear when the course opens.
The waitlist opens 16 November. Leave your email and you get the launch date, the trailer and the first episode before anyone else.
Questions before you join.
Do I need to know Solidity or Rust?
No. You need to be comfortable reading code and running a terminal. Claude Code writes most of the code; the course teaches you how to brief it, check it and ship what it builds. Module 5 is the one place you write a contract by hand, and it exists to show you when not to.
What is in the Claude Code plugin?
One coaching skill per module, holding the lesson goals, the milestone order, the definition of done for each milestone and the gotchas Winny already hit. A brief skill interviews you and writes your CLAUDE.md, and a review skill checks your repo against the module checklist before you submit.
Is the code mine to use?
Yes. All eight starters are open source under the MIT license, which means you can copy, change and sell what you build with them. Each ships with a course fee address in its config and says so in its README; you can keep it, change it or remove it.
What do I ship by the end?
A live product of your own, built from one of the starters, with real transactions behind it, plus a submission kit you can take to any hackathon. Every module ends with something you can point at.
Can I get help on my own build?
Yes. A single session is one 45-minute call with Winny on one problem, such as a brief, a stuck build or a capstone, for $149. It does not include the course. For consulting, email hello@consumerlayer.com.
Will it teach me to design apps?
It teaches you how to write a design spec Claude follows exactly, in Module 9, but not how to design apps. For that, 21st.dev, React Bits, Magic UI, Uiverse and Mobbin are great resources, and Benji Taylor's Stageshow skill helps Claude Code make better UI stills, animations and bento grids.
When does it start?
The waitlist opens 16 November and the course opens in early December. There is no cohort and no start date; you begin on the day you buy.
